This gorgeous basement floor was created by engraving the existing concrete and applying an acid stain over the entire floor. We then went back over the floor with an accent colour to highlight the pattern. The satin finish makes for very natural looking and easy care floor.
We just put the finishing touches on a beautiful “Reflector” floor coating in the Kensington area this past week. The clients love it and have had many positive comments about their gorgeous floor!
It was a custom blend of two colours to create a truly “one of a kind” floor.
Reflector/Enhancer is a metallic powder that we mix with our “Elite Crete” epoxy to create amazing floors.
This cracked up basement floor was beautifully restored by Hardscapes Inc.
After grinding and patching, the floor received an overlay of Elite Crete’s thin Finish. Once dry, it was stained for a gorgeous titanium mottling. Top coated with Elite Crete E100 PT1 epoxy and a satin polyurethane, this floor will stand up to the daily abuse of kids, toys, pets etc.

I took my boys to Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame at Canada Olympic Park this weekend.

This gorgeous floor was created by engraving the pattern with our Mongoose concrete engraver. Next, We stained the concrete with Elite Crete’s Antique Brown Chem stone stain. The lines were highlighted with Antique black by one of our master installers with a steady hand to create the soft rustic edges to the pattern. The floor is coated with Elite Crete PT-1 Epoxy for beauty and durability.
